Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

the staff's really good service impressed me! Elizabeth at reception arranged for an East Wing room to maximize my sun exposure. Dominic, the breakfast host, consistently extended warm hospitality during my mornings.
I did notice the pool situation was a bit odd. Securing a bed at the main pool early was essential.. otherwise, the only other option available was a pool with a significant fee.

The room boasts modern design alongside very high standards of maintenance. the facilities are excellent. My Luxe Sea View room offered easy access to amenities and included top-tier cleanliness.

The entire staff exudes professionalism.. luxury! Jibek at reception deserves special recognition. She ensured check-in was smooth and always assisted me throughout the stay.

staff was very cute. the hotel vibe was great. i will visit again. rooms were clean. it was comfortable.
the shower water regulation was awful. water often turned into boiling hot. it scolded me a few times. i mentioned this. it never got solved.

the room was acceptable when i finally got it.
upon arrival at 2:30 pm, i learned that my room wasn't ready. i had to wait until 5:40 pm for a room, then it had a very bad smell and no air conditioning. the staff knocked rudely at 2:01 pm the next day, insisting it was time to check out.
